Our store will process and ship your purchase within 3 business days, but usually purchases are processed on the next business day. Our shipping takes place Mon-Thur. We use USPS Priority Mail, FedEX Ground, or UPS Ground for the shipping service, whichever is the most economical for the package.

Shipping charges are flat rate, based on the items purchased and are calculated at the time of check out.

Monarch Mountain Retail is not responsible for shipping delays by the individual carrier and will not issue shipping charge refunds if the shipment is delayed due to “bad weather”. If a shipment is delayed and you would like to return the purchased items, please contact us for a return authorization.
