RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you need to exchange an item purchased through our online retail store, Monarch Mountain Retail will accept returns and exchanges. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can issue a return/exchange authorization.
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, all items must be in new condition, unused, and with original tags and/or packaging. The return/exchange authorization must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
If the item was shipped incorrectly or defective, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange. If the return/exchange is not due to a processing error or product defect, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once the return item is received, we will process the refund/exchange within 3 business days.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Email email@example.com to request a return/exchange of an item.
- In email please specify:
- Exchange or Refund
- Description of product and reason product is being returned.
- Your order number.
- Personal contact info and ship to address (if you are getting an exchange).
2. Mail product to Monarch Mountain, Attn: Retail – Return
- We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. We are not responsible if your returned item never reaches us.
